Why is it that the average Remax agent makes about three times what others make? It's the magic of RE/MAX Performance. It's the agent's freedom and ability to do what they do best...sell. And our systems offer you the freedom to balance your life.

The Myth: There are too many fees, and they are too expensive!
The Magic: Not at all. RE/MAX has a small franchise fee which is most often much less that the 6-8% other companies take off the top before they even split your commissions! What's more - Remax Performance has several commission structures from which to choose from 50/50 up to 100% commission. You can actually make up to 80% commission without any desk fees! Our commission splits are also graduated so you can continue to increase your income.
The Myth: Only top producers work at RE/MAX ...
The Magic: Although we have many top producers at RE/MAX Performance, we also have many new agents, both part and full time. We consider ourselves a hybrid of a traditional office and a REMAX, with all the support and none of the shenanigans. We can guarantee that there is a plan to fit most agents, with or without desk fees!
The Myth: There is no training at RE/MAX.
The Magic: Sure there is. We have a 16 session training program that teaches how to both market and brand yourself, as well as the nuts and bolts of real estate. Our training is not just sitting in a classroom taking notes and filling out forms, but an incubator and mentoring program for new agents. We consider it some pretty great training, if we do say so ourselves.
The Myth: I have to do my own advertising.
The Magic: Only if you want to. Most of our commission splits include advertising in local and regional publications, which we design, organize, place, and pretty much take care of for you. Easy stuff.
The Myth: No desk time means no leads.
The Magic: Hardly. It is true that we have no "desk time" here at RE/MAX Performance, but that's because we have a full time receptionist, and don't believe in treating our agents as a secretary. They have better things to do. We have a strong lead generation system that allows us to pass ample leads onto our agents, and they still have the freedom to work a schedule that fits their lifestyle. And also by not having any desk time, all listing calls go to the listing agent. What could be better?
