Carolyn is an experienced licensed Realtor with a myriad of accomplishments in marketing, sales, and entrepreneurship. She has developed a team of real estate dynamos - Team Performance, a group of professionals who all work together to service our clients and agents alike.

Carolyn has been in the real estate industry as a top producer since 1998 and is currently the owner and principal broker of RE/MAX Performance and RE/MAX Country Roads and Owner and Founder of My Green Parachute, a real estate marketing and referral company for retiring real estate brokers and inactive agents.

Her background includes sales and marketing through her own special events and a gourmet catering company and restaurants called Caldo/Freddo. Carolyn has enjoyed many honors during her career, a tribute to her dedication and expertise in the field. These honors include: the US Small Business Association Women in Business Award, Female Entrepreneur of the Year in the state of Rhode Island, and finalist for the Chivas Regal National Entrepreneur of the Year. Carolyn has organized and marketed numerous special events working with Presidential candidates, musical celebrities, and national non-profit organizations, as well as numerous private clients.

Carolyn is originally from Rhode Island where she attended Rhode Island School of Design. She spent a few years of her mis-guided youth in New York and now resides in Exeter with her husband Jim, sons Ian, Cecil, and Angus (Gus for short) along with basset hound, Maizie, and Westie pup, Fergie. Tasha Thomas
Office Manager, Compliance

Tasha, originally from northern California, has been in the real estate industry since the beginning of her career. Tasha is in charge of all compliance within the office, as well as a support role our agents. Tasha keeps the office humming perfectly, and she is a big part of why our agents refer to our office as "The Happy Place". Shes dedicated, smart, and organized, and her incredible attitude sets a tone in her position of professionalism, ease, and competence. Tasha lives and breathes teamwork, and it shows up in everything she does. She truly makes a difficult job look easy. Lindsay Lumbra
Advertising Coordinator, Customer Service

Lindsay is the first happy face you see when you come into our offices, such a nice way to be greeted! Lindsay is focused on total customer and agent service and support and does the job with glowing results. We are always amazed at how she is always one step ahead of us whenever something is asked of her! And she is always smiling, even working in such a busy environment!
Lindsay moved to the seacoast from Vermont, but spent her youth and college years in Ohio, where she graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in Marketing. Lindsay is a HUGE Ohio State Buckeyes fan, doesn't really matter which sport, she watches them all! When the buckeyes are not on TV, she likes to spend her time with her new husband, Craig, and they hike, play tennis, and go creeking (which if you are not from Ohio, means finding creeks in the woods, taking off your shoes, and exploring!). Lindsay previously worked for Coldwater Creek and Gap before joining us at RE/MAX.

Nate Carmen, Lending

We are very pleased to have Nate as part of Team Performance.As our lending representative from Residential Mortgage Services, Nate works closely with our clients and agents to assist in a seamless and easy lending process. Nate is a great resource for our clients and agents alike and has been in the mortgage business for what seems like over 50 years, and needles to say, he knows everybody. As an affiliate of Residential Mortgage, the number one mortgage company in Maine, and soon to be New Hampshire, Nate has access to many different programs and can offer our clients several mortgage financing options. Nate is one of those people who just makes you laugh, is extremely competent, and knows lending inside and out - we kind of think of him as a lender who can actually think outside the box!

Nate has a few words of his own to share with you...
"We have three dogs, two cats, a rabbit, and who knows what else at any given time. My kids range in age from 6 to 16.
"Earlier in my career I started in the real estate finance industry right out of college. I went to Quinnipiac University, earning degrees in Sociology and Legal Studies. I have done much graduate work that is banking industry related.
"Over the years I have served as a member of our local Volunteer Ambulance Service as an E.M.T., CPR instructor trainer, and First Aid instructor. I have been involved in many charity events and committees, including sitting as a member of the Board of Directors for the March of Dimes for the State of New Hampshire. I am very proud to say that my entire family and I are big Patriots Fans."
